God’s call defies human understanding. His gifts and calling are irrevocable. A Damascus Road encounter turned Saul, a murderer of Christians into a great apostle and martyr named Paul in less than 30 seconds (Acts 9:3). Prophet Elijah with a two-sentence prayer of 25 seconds turned the hearts of children of Israel back to God (1Kings 18:36-39).
In 2004, at Agape Renewal Centre (ARC), California, USA, the fire of God surged through my entire physical body and it continued to surge through my right palm for a few years almost daily. It was a pro-longed supernatural experience that prepared me to serve Him in the power ministry. In order to protect and mould me during this period of preparation, the Lord placed me, an English-educated, in a Chinese ministry serving him in a low profile manner. God’s ways are always higher than man’s way. For a period, the Lord kept me away from the intellectual English-speaking believers who were not exposed to power ministry and many would not hesitate to criticise and tear down men of God who move mightily in the power of the Holy Spirit. The protection was necessary for us, His servants of power ministry, to obediently wait upon Him until we are ready in the Spirit to be released to minister at His time.
In 2014, ten years later, the Lord sent me to California and again this year, He led both my ministry partner and I to minister to Caucasians. My good friend and mentor, Dr Ernest Chan, Founder & Chancellor of the renowned ARC advised me to publish my book “The Arsenal of Fire” in English and he would introduce me to English-speaking Churches in America which desire to be empowered with the supernatural. It is God who opens the door for us in America. It was a modest but spiritually impactful beginning and we sensed God’s direction for us to reach out and bless a wider global body of believers with the supernatural ministry of God.
Returning to Singapore CK311 Service early this month, we were warmly greeted with a sanctuary packed with worshippers, half of them we had not met. Many of them were new comers and English-speaking despite it being a Chinese Service. In my spirit, this situation confirmed the prompting we had that God is releasing us to start a new power ministry with an end-time focus. An internationally recognised prophet gave me a word that this ministry is going to be so mighty, fearless, powerful and awesome that nothing can stop it. Isaiah 14:27, "No forces of darkness can stop what God has ordained." Praise God!
The CK311 believers are “special”. Many of them are spirit-filled mature-Christians who eagerly seek the supernatural ways of the God to be established on “earth as it is in Heaven”. They are not satisfied with “double-portion anointing”, they want the fullness of Christ to come upon them. They want to be fed with solid spiritual food instead of being mere infants in Christ who need milk (1 Corinthians 3:1-2). They want a church that function not just at kingdom or power level they want the real thing – the Glory level. (Last sentence of the Lord's Prayer - "For thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory, forever and ever..") We must aspire to be a glorious church for God (Eph 5:27).
Tommy Teney wrote:- "The reason that the world doesn't really fear God is because most of us in the Church don't really fear Him either. For many years, Christianity, for the most part, has been absent of a visitation of the fear of the Lord. How could they fear Him whose power they have never experienced? We like to talk about it while never really understanding it! But if you ever experience it, you will understand. Just as an encounter with electricity leaves you with a permanently endowed memory, so does a legitimate encounter with the manifest presence of God.
Moses knew the difference between the anointing and the glory. He had the anointing of God. He knew the thrill of working miracles and signs and wonders through the anointing. Moses had a good thing, but he asked God for the best thing. He said, "Please show me Your glory."
The difference between the anointing of God and the glory of God is like the difference between the tiny blue spark of static electricity and the raw power of a 440-volt power line overhead or a lightning strike on your head.
We must have the manifest presence of God Himself on display for the world.
When we take on the responsibility of attracting people to the Church through 'program evangelism,' all we get is a crowd. The main purpose of the Church is to attract Him.
When people asked John Wesley how he drew many large crowds and led so many people to Christ, he told them, "I just set myself on fire for God and people come to see me burn. Just remember that you have no right to pray for the fire of God unless you are willing to be the fuel of God."
Proverbs 14:4
"Where there are no oxen, the manger is empty, but from the strength of an ox comes an abundant harvest."
Last Saturday at the CK311 meeting, God's manifest glory was so awesome that more than 20 spiritually hungry believers signed to be part of the new glorious Church.
One wrote:-
"Amen.! I love it. That's the way to go. I don't want to be part of a lame Christianity. I am hungry for more. Been to Toronto, and Redding. Now following Mike Parsons, Ian Clayton and Grant Mahoney. The Lord says, ‘come up here'. Ian says, ‘come as you are Unclean? And He will send you back clean.’ “Childlike”, says Glenn Smith and he takes groups to heaven. I am in his mentoring group too."

"Yes, I told my daughter this evening. Finally, I found a church of my heart. A church that will walk the talk and we will walk in God's Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. His Kingdom come, His will be done. This is the Kingdom Age. Thank you Father for drawing us like-minded people together."

Our mission is to plant this English-speaking Church before we return to USA for our second leg as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 3:6, "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow."
This Church will be connected with our global ministry. It is not a normal church but an end-time Church to raise up His warrior bride - a unique and powerful breed, a company of anointed believers that are unstoppable. God will purify this breed who will rise up and they will not seek man’s rewards, favour or approval. These precious ones are dedicated and set apart for His holy purpose. They will respond with full obedience to God's voice and they will not fear man. They will only serve one Master and they will not serve mammon, fame and fortune.
When they speak, they will speak the oracles of God with signs and wonders following. Many religious leaders and Christians will be offended by this group. God will lift these anointed ones to uncover and reveal the deceitful religious systems that are hidden in the church. This group will not trust in their own righteousness and they will walk with powerful anointing - cleansed and purified by the fire of God and they will be so drawn to their first love – Jesus Christ and they will be so consumed by the love of God, which conquers all. The love and compassion of Jesus Christ will come upon them and they will minister with the heart of God that will “bind up the broken-hearted; open the eyes of the blind; set the captives; and deliver those in bondages.” (Isaiah 61).They will endured much for His Name sake, being persecuted, rejected, accused, abused, misjudged and forsaken. But the glory of God will shine through them. “Christ in us, the hope of Glory.” (Colossians 1:27)
With this, the CKRM SG English Church is birth for the Glory of our Almighty God!
